Love there Soft tacos There always fresh and there service is polite and fast

What do you want attitude. Food was just slapped together. Doesn't seem friendly to customers.

A three ingredient dish that involves stirring a pot of beans underneath a heat lamp, throwing a handful of cardboard-like cheese on top and then slopping some sauce onto it. 15 minutes.I gave it an extra star because, I mean, it's still good.

Good service and fresh food

Worst customer service. They have given me the incorrect order twice and charged me for what I did order. They don't answer their phone. They crew spend more time talking with each other then doing their job.

Cheap and quick

Not one person is professional and to many people worried about playing on the phone.

Best taco Bell hands down is the one in liberty by liberty comedy club funny bone soon as all Express customer service is always right.been there about 10 times and out of the 10 times I say 9 times they were on point the last time was still good not as fresh but still compared to other places this is the best taco Bell I've ever eaten at

Food was good, but sat in line for about 45 minutes

Everyone needs to be fired lol. Waited in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes. 3 cars left the line. No one said sorry. Don’t waste your time.

Extremely slow service through the drive thru. I asked for light ice, she took the cup back and he gave me 3/4 of a cup of ice. I guess it was lighter than a full cup!

Kfc is nasty yhe food was cold and burnt half of my food was missing the manager was rude and refused to fix order i will never return here

No matter what time of the day or night every person who waits on me is very upbeat. Customer service is GREAT!

They over charge customers. Check your receipts... what they charged me was not the price on the menu. There was no tax and nothing on the receipt explained the extra cost. I consider that stealing from the customer.

Good food but could improve on the customer service. Staff needs to realize they’re aren’t out on the streets but amongst customers and should handle themselves more professionally.

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The crew were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

If you're looking at reviews for a taco Bell then you're probably just making sure it not a complete dumpster fire location. I can tell you that they have forgotten a few items a couple times but that was partially my fault for not checking before I headed home to eat. Other than that it's a functional taco Bell. I've been in drive thru only.

Very slow and they consistently mess up my order. Seriously this place must be very poorly managed.

Haven't gotten a bad order or food - the staff is always super nice. I'm not saying to not go here, but generally they are slllooooww. Go there if you have some time on your hands (or if you just *have* to have some TB)

I waited 55 minutes in the Drive-Thru 22 minutes of that time was sitting at the window waiting on my which I was asked three times what I got.every time I go to this drive-thru I have problems I do not recommend it they have noorganization whatsoever there was fifteen cars in line when I got there. Terrible place don't go there.

Wow people

The taco Bell in Norwood is horrible. The little girl taking my order couldnt comprehend enough to get even a 4 dollar order right.

It was great this time. That's not always the case. I'd say 2 of 3 times it turns out pretty good. Just take your chances.

Food was pretty terrible and I love Taco Bell.

Very rude. Food was wrong and waited in the drive through for 35 minutes. Couldn’t get out ,they have you trapped in that drive through. This Taco Bell needs help

I'm not a big fan of Taco Bell.But I can find something to eat and those that LOVE IT get what they want.

Its hit or miss with this location. Sometimes you get an great burrito and other times its soggy wet cold tacos. FYI: not all employees that are handling money, bags, and food are wear PPE.

Wife and I got lunch here on 3/25, Mexican pizza for each with soft tacos. Tacos were edible Mexican pizzas tasted like disinfectant and threw away. If this is the kind of food you're going to serve in this current situation you should just close.

This spot never fails to impress. They have awesome dishes for affordable rates, there no long wait even when they are full.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My order is frequently messed up. Today they made my order with cheese. Just cheese! No beans or anything! Another customer's order was not right, and this place can't get anything done! I'm understanding of mistakes but this place is such a disaster I can't even give them another chance.

I always get the number 8 (3 Crunchy Tacos) always good.

This place is so hit or miss. One day it's just right, the next day it's a train wreck. It seemed like 6 months ago they found their rhythm and then BAM. That was over and it's just barely functional right now. Wait times are erratic, service is erratic, quality is erratic. Throwing darts in the dark at this spot.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and my girlfriend just drove through, got a totally wrong order, the lady said their receipt machine has been broken for 3 weeks, when we drove back there to get the order remade the manager proceeded to tell us he wouldn't do it because we didn't have a receipt. Then when we said we would just buy another order and get our money back tomorrow he got very rude with us and told us to drive away and not come back. We will be speaking to someone about this in the morning. Never been treated so rudely by a manager ever. Bigger black manager was extremely rude.

This is a Taco Bell/KFC. Rude workers, ordered my twins 4 cheese roll ups and they rolled all 4 together in one big wrapper. When we asked for forks to eat our other food they acted all snotty. Bathroom was disgusting.

This site is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I I need a decent meal, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. exeptionalgorgeous and diverse food and a rich cuisine.great staff, and agreeable spirit. Also important, the cost is affordable. I sent my friends to this place with no hesitation.

Rude service and bad food. This is absolutely the worst store I have ever been to. Food was like warm and made me nauseous for the rest of the day. Poorly put together meal and bad slow service. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. At night it gets even worse. Saw a fist fight one evening.

Servings very small, only get approximately 1 tabsp of meat on a single Taco, lots of lettuce but very little meat.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Chicken from kfc was good but priced incorrectly. Staff was pleasant but didn’t listen. Tacos were cold and taco salad was missing meat all together. Basically visiting here was a HUGE fail. Won’t happen again, but huge shoutout to Lee’s Chicken just up the street which is super solid.

Cold and nasty for was horrible. Got the 5 dollar nacho bell granda and it said 2x the meat and there wasn't even 1 X the meat or cheese or really anything

Best place. Ever. Because.... Well, TACOS!

I literally just left that place and gave them a very easy order just 2 crunchy tacos and a med mountain dew. I waited because another car was in front of me, as soon as the car pulls off , I look up from my phone to see the cashier waving me to come up. As soon as pull up I hear one of cashier's inside say, "I hate when people be waiting at the second window" then I pay for my order and she hands me the tacos and my change and no drink and closes the window. Pretty much done with this place, rather drive down to the one in clifton than go to this one right down the street from me

This is a combo KFC and Taco Bell. Went through drive thru; very slow. Menu board is set far away from mic and very hard to read. Food was warm but otherwise fine. Employee at the window only spoke to give me the total.

Waited for over 20 minutes. Pulled around to both windows and employees were on there phone ignoring customers

By far the worst Taco Bell you will ever go to. Incompetent staff and terrible management, save your time and money and go to a different location. #terrible
